Precautions for the operation of the breaker

Breakers are more effective at clearing floating rocks and mud from rock crevices in the role of excavating building foundations. However, improper operation procedures can damage the breaker. Today we introduce the precautions for the operation of the breaker, and hope to bring help to you, so that you can use the breaker better in the future!

1. The hose vibrates violently

What should I do if the hose vibrates violently when using the breaker for engineering work? It should be changed first to check whether the high-pressure and low-pressure hoses of the hydraulic breaker vibrate too violently. If there is such a situation, it may be faulty and should be repaired in time. At the same time, you should further check whether there is oil leakage at the hose joints. If there is oil leakage, you should re-tighten the joints. At the same time, during the operation, it is necessary to visually check whether there is any allowance for the steel brazing. If there is no allowance, it must be stuck in the lower body. The lower body should be removed to check whether the parts should be repaired or replaced.

2. Avoid excessive air strikes (stop operations)

What is air strike? In professional terms, when the breaker has an improper breakdown force or the steel drill is used as a pry bar, the phenomenon of empty strike will occur. Therefore, during operation, the hammering should be stopped as soon as the stone is broken. If the air strike is continued, the bolts will loosen or break, and even excavators and loaders will be adversely affected. A trick to teach you here is that the sound of the hammer will change when the hammer hits empty. So pay attention to good sound to operate the breaker better.

3. Don’t keep hitting

When using the breaker, the continuous hitting should not exceed one minute. Generally, during operation, the parts should be replaced frequently for hitting. The duration of each hit should not exceed one minute, so as to maximize the protection of the breaker. Because in the hitting process, the longer the time is, the higher the oil temperature will be, which will lead to the damage of the steel brazing bushing and the wear of the steel brazing progress.

4. Warm up in advance in winter

When operating the breaker in winter, it is generally necessary to start the engine for about 5-20 minutes to preheat it, and then operate the breaker after the preheating is completed. Because it should be known that the crushing operation at low temperature is very easy to cause damage to the parts of various parts of the breaker.

Through the above introduction, I hope that everyone can have a comprehensive understanding of the basic operation of the breaker, and play a positive guiding role in the actual construction.
