The truck-mounted crane is one of the important components of the truck-mounted crane. Because the truck-mounted crane is dangerous, regular or irregular maintenance of it is a manifestation of responsibility for life and property.
XCMG truck crane maintenance is divided into three steps:
1. Check whether all parts, especially safety devices, are fully functional.
2. Check whether the power circuit, i.e. the oil circuit, is normal and there should be no oil leakage or (pressure) loss.
3. Check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic level must be higher than the minimum mark and not higher than the maximum mark.
Fault 1: The boom automatically falls after lifting
Analysis and solution
a. The piston seal of the variable amplitude oil cylinder is damaged. The solution is to replace the oil cylinder seal
b. The throttle port of the balance valve is clogged with dirt or the return spring is fatigued and damaged. The solution is to clean the balance valve and remove the dirt and replace the spring.
Fault 2: The crane cannot turn to the correct position.
Analysis and solution
aThe car exceeds the maximum allowable inclination. The solution is to restore the car to the allowable error.
b. There is foreign matter in the rotary buffer valve. Solution: Clean or replace the rotary buffer valve
c. The seal of the rotary cylinder is worn. The solution is to replace the seal ring.
d. The oil-free support sleeve in the gear column is worn. The solution is to replace the worry-free support sleeve.
e system has no power, the solution is to check the connection of the removal device
Fault 3: Squeak at joints or rotation
Analyze and solve the lack of lubricating oil, and inject lubricating oil according to the prescribed period
Fault 4: The outrigger cylinder cannot support the load
Analysis and solution
a Bidirectional hydraulic lock failure, solution: clean or replace the valve lock
b. The sealing ring of the outrigger oil cylinder piston is damaged. Solution: Replace the sealing ring
