(1) Bundling method
When the low-pressure oil pipe and high-pressure oil pipe of the diesel engine leak, the “bundling method” can be used for emergency repair. When a low-pressure oil pipe leaks, you can first apply grease or oil-resistant sealant to the leakage area, then wrap tape or plastic cloth around the application area, and finally use metal wire to tie the wrapped tape or plastic cloth tightly. . When the high-pressure oil pipe leaks or has a serious dent, you can cut off the leak or dent, connect the two ends with a rubber hose or plastic pipe, and then wrap it tightly with a thin iron wire; when the high-pressure pipe joint or low-pressure pipe joint has hollow bolts, When there is air leakage, you can use cotton thread to wrap around the pipe joint or hollow bolt, apply grease or oil-resistant sealant and tighten it.

(2) Local short circuit method
Among the components of the diesel engine, when the components used to improve efficiency and extend service life are damaged, the “local short circuit method” can be used for emergency repairs. When the oil filter is seriously damaged and cannot be used, the oil filter can be short-circuited so that the oil pump and the oil radiator are directly connected for emergency use. When using this method, the diesel engine speed should be controlled at about 80% of the rated speed, and the value of the oil pressure gauge should be observed. When the oil radiator is damaged, the emergency repair method is: first remove the two water pipes connected to the oil radiator, use a rubber hose or plastic pipe to connect the two water pipes together and tie them tightly to keep the oil radiator in place. “Partial short circuit” in the cooling system pipeline; then remove the two oil pipes on the oil radiator, remove the oil pipe originally connected to the oil filter, and connect the other oil pipe directly to the oil filter to allow the oil to If the radiator is “short-circuited” in the lubrication system pipeline, the diesel engine can be used urgently. When using this method, avoid long-term heavy-load operation of the diesel engine, and pay attention to the water temperature and oil temperature. When the diesel filter is seriously damaged and cannot be used or cannot be repaired temporarily, the oil pump outlet pipe and the fuel injection pump inlet interface can be directly connected for emergency use. However, the filter should be repaired and installed in time afterwards to avoid long-term unavailability of diesel fuel. Filtration causes serious wear of precision parts.

(3) Direct oil supply method
The fuel transfer pump is an important component of the low-pressure fuel supply device of the diesel engine fuel supply system. When the fuel transfer pump is damaged and cannot supply fuel, the “direct fuel supply method” can be used for emergency repair. The method is to directly connect the fuel inlet pipe of the fuel delivery pump and the fuel inlet of the fuel injection pump. When using the “direct fuel supply method”, the diesel level of the diesel tank should always be higher than the fuel inlet of the fuel injection pump; otherwise, it can be higher than the fuel injection pump. Fix an oil container at the appropriate position of the oil inlet of the oil pump, and add diesel to the container.
