1. The oil pump does not work

Solution:
(1) First, check whether the vehicle’s air pressure is 6-7 pressures, whether the power take-off power switch and solenoid valve are energized, and whether the power take-off air circuit is ventilated. Many reasons are because the power take-off handle is not pushed into place. You only need to push the power take-off handle into place to solve the problem;
(2) If the gears in the power take-off box are damaged, the power take-off box needs to be repaired. If the transmission sleeve between the output shaft of the power take-off box and the input shaft of the oil pump is damaged, the transmission sleeve must be replaced;
(3) If the oil pump is burned, the oil pump must be replaced.

2. The oil pump works, but the crane speed is sometimes slow and sometimes fast

Solution:
(1) If the oil tank is insufficient, add enough hydraulic oil;
(2) If the oil filter is blocked, the oil filter needs to be cleaned.
