How to use XCMG bulldozer:
1. Inspection before operation:
- Check the cooling water level in the engine radiator, crankcase oil, diesel tank oil level, etc. to ensure there is no oil or water leakage.
- Check all lubrication points, power systems, bolts, nuts, etc. to ensure that nothing is loose or missing.
- Remove mud, dust and other debris from all parts of the machine.
2. Start the operation:
- Disengage the primary clutch, shift lever and forward/reverse lever in neutral position.
- Insert the electric key into the lock and turn it clockwise to the “Start” position. After the engine starts, turn the electric key counterclockwise to the “Run” position.
- If the first start is unsuccessful, wait two minutes before attempting a second start.
3. Operation procedures:
- When operating, you need to be familiar with the structure, performance, and purpose of each part of the vehicle, and be able to drive, maintain, and troubleshoot simple faults.
- The driver is responsible for the vehicle during operation to ensure normal operation and safe production of the vehicle.
- The bulldozer is not allowed to operate with faults. If any abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
