1. The direction of the small roller deviates during driving, and the steering cylinder does not move or slow down
At this time, you should check whether the two-way buffer valve and the two-way buffer valve spring have any debris. If the two-way buffer valve fails, please replace it in time. The steering wheel cannot be turned, the pressure is significantly increased or it cannot be turned. And if the dial is damaged, deformed and worn, the transmission connecting rod shaft will also be damaged, deformed, opened and worn. If this is the case, replace the turntable and drive linkage shaft and fill with transmission oil.
2. When operating a small roller, the steering wheel rotates and swings left and right with a large swing
Check whether the rotor and drive coupling are properly positioned or whether the screws are loose. The drive shaft teeth and the forward rotor root should correspond to each other. Check whether the steering wheel can automatically return to the neutral position.
3. If the return position is normal, the pressure drop will increase and check whether the spring is worn or damaged
