Notes on running-in:
1. The running-in mileage of a new car is 2000km;
2. After starting a cold engine, do not accelerate immediately. The engine speed can only be increased after reaching normal operating temperature;
3. During the running-in period, the vehicle should be driven on a smooth and good road surface;
4. Shift gears in time, engage the clutch smoothly, and avoid sudden acceleration and emergency braking;
5. Shift into low gear in time before going uphill, and do not let the engine work at a very low speed; Check and control the engine oil pressure and the normal temperature of the coolant, and always pay attention to the temperature of the transmission, rear axle, wheel hub and brake drum, such as If there is severe fever, the cause should be found and adjusted or repaired immediately;
6. During the first 50 km of driving and after each wheel replacement, the wheel nuts must be tightened to the specified torque;
7. Check the tightening conditions of bolts and nuts in various parts, especially the cylinder head bolts. When the car is traveling 300km, tighten the cylinder head nuts in the specified order while the engine is hot;
8. Within 2000km of the running-in period, the speed limit of each gear is: first gear: 5km/h; second gear: 5km/h; third gear: 10km/h; fourth gear: 15km/h; fifth gear: 25km/h; Sixth gear: 35 km/h; seventh gear: 50km/h; eighth gear: 60 km/h;
9. After the running-in is completed, comprehensive mandatory maintenance should be carried out on the chassis of the truck crane. For mandatory maintenance, please go to the maintenance station designated by the company.
