1. New products are not selected

When replacing the cylinder liner and piston on the roller, the size grouping code of the standard cylinder liner and piston must be checked. The installed cylinder liner and piston must have the same size grouping code to ensure the standard fit clearance.

2. Inaccurate cylinder clearance measurement

When measuring, it is stipulated that the clearance in the direction of the long axis of the ellipse shall prevail, that is, the measuring piston skirt is perpendicular to the piston pin hole.

3. Open flame to heat the piston

The open flame heats the piston directly. The thickness of each part of the piston is uneven, and the degree of thermal expansion and contraction is different, which is easy to cause deformation. If a certain high temperature is reached, the metal structure will be damaged after natural cooling, which will reduce the wear resistance, and the service life will be greatly shortened.

4. Abrasive cloth to polish the bearing

In order to increase the contact surface between the bearing and the shaft, many maintenance workers use emery cloth to polish the bearing. Because the sand is hard and the alloy is soft, the sand is easily embedded in the alloy during grinding, which accelerates the wear of the bearing and shortens the service life of the crankshaft. .

5. Engine oil can only be added and not changed

There are many mechanical impurities in the used oil, even if it is exhausted, there are still impurities in the oil pan and oil circuit.

6. Lubricating grease is used indiscriminately

Some roller repairers like to apply a layer of grease on the cylinder head gasket when installing the cylinder head gasket. The cylinder head gasket not only requires strict sealing of the high temperature and high pressure gas generated in the cylinder, but also the cooling of the cylinder head and cylinder block with a certain pressure and flow rate. Water and engine oil, apply grease on the cylinder head gasket. When the cylinder head bolts are tightened, part of the grease will be squeezed into the cylinder water and oil passages. When the lubricating grease between the cylinder head gasket is working in the cylinder, the high temperature and high pressure gas is easy to go from there. The impact will damage the cylinder head gasket and cause air leakage. In addition, if the grease is exposed to a high temperature for a long time, it will produce carbon deposits, which will cause premature aging and deterioration of the cylinder head gasket.

7. The bolts are too tight

Excessive pre-tightening force may cause the screws and bolts to break or the threads to slip.

8. Tire pressure is too high

If the tire pressure is too high or too low, it will affect its service life, and it is also detrimental to safe driving.

9. “Boiling” the water tank suddenly add cold water

Sudden addition of cold water will cause the cylinder head and cylinder block to “explode” due to the excessive temperature difference. Therefore, once the water tank is found to be “boiled” during use, emergency measures should be taken to ensure that the engine cooling water is cooled by itself.
