1. The temperature in winter is low. After the engine is started, it should be preheated for 1-2 minutes to make the lubricating oil reach the lubrication points. After all parts are fully lubricated, start to start. Be careful not to increase the speed and start when the car is cold. Bouncing the throttle at the beginning to increase the speed will increase the dry friction between the cylinder and the piston and increase the wear of the cylinder. Do not idle for too long, too long will cause carbon accumulation in the cylinder and increase the wear of the inner wall of the cylinder bore.

2. Another main reason for a hot car is that after a long period of parking when the car is resting, 90% of the engine oil in the engine flows back into the lower oil shell of the engine, and only a small part of the oil remains in the oil passage. Therefore, after ignition, the upper half of the engine is in a state of lack of lubrication, and the engine will not send the oil pressure to the various parts of the engine that need lubrication due to the operation of the oil pump after 30 seconds of operation.

3. During operation, the engine coolant should be kept in the normal temperature range of 80~96℃. The temperature is too low or too high, it will cause damage to the cylinder.

4. Strengthen maintenance, clean the air filter in time, and prohibit driving with the air filter removed. This is mainly to prevent dust particles from entering the cylinder with the air, causing wear on the inner wall of the cylinder bore.
