description

As the core fuel‑spraying executive unit of Yuchai YC6JA diesel engine, 0445120164 bears cyclic high‑pressure impact, frequent load‑switching shock and continuous mechanical vibration generated in urban transit, short‑and‑medium haul logistics and general construction operation. Conventional injectors easily suffer nozzle orifice coking blockage and internal valve‑group fatigue under uneven fuel quality and alternating heavy‑light‑load conditions, resulting in uneven fuel atomization, incomplete combustion and obvious power drop‑out during heavy‑load climbing. Specially calibrated for YC6JA real‑world medium‑heavy‑duty application characteristics, this injector adopts high‑strength wear‑resistant alloy steel and reinforced control‑valve assembly. Its micro‑precision machined nozzle produces evenly‑dispersed fine fuel mist to improve cylinder combustion efficiency. Optimized inner control assembly stabilizes injection timing and single‑cycle fuel supply volume, effectively restraining internal back‑leakage and pressure loss under continuous full‑load operation. Reinforced integrated structural design copes with recurring mechanical impact from variable‑load cycles. Every finished injector passes complete bench tests covering fuel flow deviation, spray pattern inspection and durability verification, capable of direct substitution for aged and malfunctioning original injectors.

advantage

Original‑Spec Installation Compatibility: Manufactured according to YC6JA original installation benchmark; mounting hole position and overall outline keep consistent with OEM spare parts, enabling direct swap‑in without secondary machining adjustment.
Domestic Medium‑Heavy‑Duty Condition Calibration: Tuned for city bus, short‑and‑medium‑haul truck and general construction mixed‑mode working features. It maintains steady injection performance amid frequent load transition, adapting to complicated domestic road and site environments.
Whole‑Unit Replacement Reduces Equipment Downtime: Complete‑assembly swap simplifies on‑site repair workflow, shortens vehicle offline duration and lowers comprehensive operating expenditure for transport and engineering fleet users.
Matched Sealing Repair Kit Attached: Equipped with brand‑new supporting sealing components, satisfying daily maintenance and major engine overhaul demands without extra‑part procurement workload.
Batch‑Wise Multi‑Item Bench Validation: Each finished batch completes flow deviation test, spray morphology check and durability simulation verification, securing stable batch‑to‑batch product consistency.
Strengthened Anti‑Fatigue Valve‑Group Structure: Upgraded valve‑group construction mitigates cyclic impact damage from frequent load fluctuation, slows internal‑component ageing and extends injector service lifespan under medium‑heavy‑duty mixed‑condition cycles.

FAQ

Q1: What faulty symptoms can this 0445120164 injector solve?
A: It improves multiple typical malfunctions induced by nozzle carbon coking, partial blockage and inner‑component wear, including insufficient climbing power, floating unstable idle speed, heavy black smoke under heavy‑load acceleration, tough cold startup under low‑temperature environment, lagging throttle feedback and abnormal rise in diesel consumption.
Q2: Which engine models is 0445120164 suitable for?
A: It is specially developed for Yuchai YC6JA Euro‑3 diesel engines, widely applied for medium‑heavy‑duty trucks, passenger buses, sanitation vehicles and general construction machinery.
Q3: Is ECU coding or programming required after installation?
A: Most YC6JA Euro‑3 equipment supports plug‑and‑play direct replacement. Individual modified electronic control units need corresponding injector code input to acquire ideal fuel‑supply matching result.
Q4: What are the key installation precautions?
A: Fully clear residual dirt inside fuel rail and pipelines before mounting; adopt brand‑new matched sealing accessories; keep assembly surroundings dust‑free to prevent fine particles invading precision internal parts; complete idle‑speed and heavy‑load test after installation and check all joints for fuel leakage.
