Q1: What should be noticed when installing the left front guardrail?
A1: Clean mud and rust deposits on the frame base before installation. Tighten bolts evenly in diagonal sequence to prevent deformation caused by unilateral stress. After assembly, inspect and ensure no friction or interference between guardrail, headlamp, tire and steering parts, and no looseness.

Q2: Is slight deformation of the guardrail a quality defect?
A2: The guardrail is a large welded assembly. Minor deformation may occur during long-distance transportation. Slight distortion can be cold-calibrated with tools and jacks. If the main beam is bent or welds are torn due to severe twisting, it is transport damage. Please contact customer service for return and exchange. Compare outline and holes with your old part before installation.

Q3: Are bolts and supporting brackets included in the parcel?
A3: Standard package only contains the left front guardrail main body. Fixing bolts, gaskets and connecting brackets are optional spare parts, not included. You can place an additional order for full installation kit if required.

Q4: How to repair rust and peeling paint of the guardrail?
A4: Polish rusty and peeling areas thoroughly with sandpaper and remove dust. Spray anti-rust primer first and wait for full curing, then apply XCMG standard engineering yellow topcoat. It isolates moisture and prevents rust expansion to extend service life.
