Q1: Can this gear pump be replaced with gear pumps of different displacement directly?
A1: No. Different displacement changes the oil supply flow of the hydraulic circuit, which will lead to too fast or too slow action of steering or boom bucket, and even overload damage of hydraulic components.

Q2: What are the common reasons for insufficient oil pressure of the gear pump?
A2: It may be insufficient hydraulic oil level, clogged oil suction filter, serious wear of gear and pressure plate, air entering the oil suction pipeline, or the relief valve pressure setting is too low, which needs step-by-step inspection.

Q3: What should be noticed before installation?
