Crawler crane is a self-propelled crane used in the construction of high-rise buildings. It is a boom rotating crane that uses crawler walking. The track has a large grounding area, good passability, strong adaptability, and can walk with load, which is suitable for hoisting operations on construction sites. Digging, ramming, piling and other operations can be carried out. However, due to the slow walking speed, other vehicles are needed to move the site over long distances.

XGC55T integrated transport is only disassembly of counterweight with high assembly/ disassembly efficiency. (transport width 2.98m, transport weight ≤ 38t).
XGC28000 is a 2000 tonnage crawler crane which is successfully developed by XCMG after XGC16000 crawler crane. During the development process of this product, multiple key core technologies have been overcome and 19 patents have been obtained, one of which is dual power closed type hydraulic system and control technology, it not only solves the technical difficulty in the design of super large crawler crane hydraulic transmission and control system, but also provides thought and implementation plan for the design of multi power system in large construction machinery.

Seven-section boom of 73m, 108.2m maximum length of boom plus jib, widest working range and best lifting capacity; three innovative limit construction techniques, supplying best solution for applications in job sites with confined space and relatively small ground bearing capacity.
During the development process of XGC16000, multiple key technologies has been inherited or overcome, laying firm technical foundation for further development of larger tonnage products. It breaks the super large crawler crane monopoly processed by foreign manufactures in china’s large constriction equipment market, and accelerates the technical updating of our engineering crane industry.
* Equipped with two modes of no-load in high-speed and with-load in low-speed to achieve automatic switch-over for travel with-load in high-speed, overload travel protection function, to ensure the safety for travel with-load.
* Automatic direction change function of forward 1 backward travel, without changing steering direction, so as to make operation more humanization.
* Use of mixed luffing down technology, to ensure not only smooth gravity falling but also fast dynamic falling, for energy-saving, stable, fast and efficient operation.
