Pneumatic power take-offs are mostly used on heavy dump trucks, which are mainly composed of three parts: transmission mechanism, connecting mechanism and operating mechanism. The most common fault in these three parts is the operating mechanism, which uses solenoid valve to switch the air circuit. The solenoid valve controls the control cylinder of the power take-off, so as to complete the shifting and shifting work of the power take-off. During the unloading process, the solenoid valve must be operated frequently, and its parts are easily damaged and invalid. Therefore, the effectiveness, sensitivity, circuit safety and switch of the solenoid valve should be checked frequently.
