How to check

Poor contact or lubrication between the leaf springs will also cause the leaf springs to break; excessively high vehicle speed during steering will cause the body to incline to one side, causing the load on the side leaf springs to suddenly increase a lot, and even the steel plates will break; long-term overload driving , Make the leaf spring produce permanent deformation, reduce the camber of the leaf spring, break the central bolt of the leaf spring and loose the U-shaped bolt, cause the leaf spring to move on the axle or between the sheets, and the rubber auxiliary spring can be used for a long time. Will crack due to aging.

(3) Failure judgment: The lateral skew of the car body is generally caused by broken leaf springs or weak elasticity and severe wear of the steel plate pins and sleeves. If the vehicle body skews laterally and the direction is running off during driving, it indicates that the front leaf spring on one side is defective or the front axle is displaced. Check whether the first leaf of the leaf spring is broken, whether the center bolt of the leaf spring is broken, and whether the U-shaped bolt is loose.

If the vehicle body is longitudinally skewed, it is mostly caused by improper fixing of the rear leaf spring on one side, causing the rear axle to move and shift. If the wheelbases on both sides are different, it means that the rear axle is shifted; if the wheelbases on both sides are the same, it means that the technical condition of the rear leaf spring is not good.
