description

0445120387 common rail injector is a core fuel delivery component for Dongfeng DCI11 diesel engine. It controls fuel injection timing, injection volume and atomization state precisely under high rail pressure. Each internal precision parts including nozzle, valve assembly are carefully selected from qualified raw material suppliers. Every finished product undergoes comprehensive bench testing to guarantee injection consistency. It can replace original injector directly, suitable for heavy-duty trucks equipped with Dongfeng DCI11 engine. It effectively improves combustion efficiency, reduces black smoke and fuel consumption, meets Euro emission standards for after-sales maintenance and overhaul. Rigorous quality screening is carried out throughout the whole production flow to guarantee stable performance in long haul transport under varied road conditions.

advantage

• Premium Precision Components. The injector adopts carefully screened high-precision internal spare parts, including nozzle, control valve and armature assembly. Parts machining tolerance is strictly controlled, ensuring stable response speed and reliable action even under long-time high pressure.
• Strict Bench Calibration & Testing. Every injector is calibrated on professional common rail test bench before shipment. Multiple test points cover full range of injection quantities, injection delay and leakage inspection. The injection consistency between individual injectors is excellent.
• Superior Sealing Performance. Optimized sealing structure reduces internal and external fuel leakage risks. It avoids common faults such as slow engine shutdown, rough idle and carbon accumulation caused by oil leakage.
• Strong Environmental Adaptability. Designed for variable heavy load working conditions. It works reliably within -20℃ ~ +120℃ temperature range, and has good tolerance to medium or poor-quality diesel fuel. Suitable for long-distance transportation and heavy haulage.
• Improved Engine Performance. Fine fuel atomization promotes full combustion. It helps raise engine power output, cut fuel consumption, reduce black smoke and harmful exhaust gas, meeting emission requirements.

FAQ

Q1: Is this injector suitable for all Dongfeng DCI11 engines?
A1: No. This model 0445120387 injector is specially developed for Dongfeng DCI11 engine. Different injectors have different internal parameters and spray hole designs. Please double-check your engine model, OE part number before ordering. Mismatched injectors will cause power drop, heavy smoke or engine damage.

Q2: What items will be tested before shipment?
A2: Every injector will undergo complete testing on the common rail test bench. Test items include idle injection quantity, full-load injection quantity, pre-injection, injection starting pressure, return oil flow and static leakage inspection. Only injectors passing all test standards can be packed and delivered.

Q3: Do I still need calibration or coding after installation?
A3: We have finished pre-calibration on the test bench before delivery. But after installing the injector on the engine, coding is strongly recommended through diagnostic instrument. Correct coding helps ECU match injector characteristic data, optimize injection control, get smoother idle and better fuel economy.

Q4: Can you supply bulk order? What is the packing way?
A4: Yes, bulk supply is available. Each injector is packed individually with anti-rust protection, then packed into neutral cartons. Custom packing can be discussed for large orders.
