description

0445120494 common rail injector is the core fuel injection control component of FAW Xichai national V diesel engine. It precisely controls injection timing, cyclic fuel quantity, injection rate and atomization quality under high common rail pressure. The injector body adopts high-strength alloy steel. Core parts including nozzle, needle valve and control valve are strictly screened and ultra-precisely machined with micron-level clearance control. Every finished injector undergoes full item bench testing covering idle, full load, pre-injection and leakage inspection, guaranteeing outstanding injection consistency and interchangeability. Direct fit replacement without mechanical modification. Suitable for heavy trucks running long-distance highway haulage. It effectively resolves typical engine faults such as insufficient power, rough idle, black smoke and high fuel consumption, meeting maintenance and overhaul demands for FAW Xichai powertrain.

advantage

• High-precision matched internal components. The injector body is forged from high strength alloy steel. Core needle valve, nozzle and control valve are carefully selected, processed to micron tolerance. It resists dripping, internal and external oil leakage under continuous high pressure, keeps injection action sensitive and stable, reduces stuck valve risks.
• Professional bench calibration & full inspection. Every injector is calibrated and tested on Bosch common rail bench. Test items cover idle flow, full load flow, pre-injection precision, opening pressure and return oil volume. Small injection deviation between individual injectors, excellent batch consistency, avoiding uneven fuel supply problems.
• Optimized 7-hole atomization structure. The 146° spray angle creates fine and uniform mist. Diesel mixes sufficiently with air inside cylinder. Combustion efficiency is greatly improved. It maintains stable power output under heavy load and long-distance continuous running, cuts black smoke and reduces harmful exhaust emissions.
• Strong adaptability for long haul heavy truck operating conditions. Designed for FAW Xichai engine, fit for interprovincial highway transportation, enduring continuous running and variable loads. Stable performance under wide temperature range. Better tolerance to commercial diesel oil, lowering premature failure caused by impurity abrasion.
• Upgraded composite sealing design. Multiple sealing surfaces are optimized to prevent fuel seepage. It helps eliminate common faults like rough idle, slow flameout, carbon accumulation and engine shaking, extending service life of injector assembly.

FAQ

Q1: Can this injector fit all FAW Xichai engines?
A1: No. Model 0445120494 injector is dedicated for FAW Xichai National V diesel engine, matching OE number 1112010-M1A-01066. FAW Xichai has many different engine series adopting different injector internal structure and spray parameters. Before ordering, please verify engine model and old injector OE code. Wrong part will lead to weak power, heavy black smoke, rough idle and even engine mechanical damage, and it may trigger emission fault codes.

Q2: What testing will be carried out before shipment?
A2: All injectors are 100% fully tested on professional common rail test bench before delivery. The test scope includes idle injection quantity, full-load injection quantity, pre-injection accuracy, injection opening pressure, return oil flow and static sealing leakage test. Products can only be packed after all indicators meet standards to minimize defective rate.

Q3: Is coding or calibration needed after installation?
A3: The injector is pre-calibrated on test bench before leaving factory and can be installed directly. If multiple injectors are replaced at the same time or fault codes exist in ECU, use professional diagnostic scanner to clear codes and perform injector IQA code writing and quantity compensation learning for smoother idle and better fuel economy.

Q4: What preparation should be done before installation?
A4: Clean fuel lines thoroughly to remove metal debris and dirt. Replace fuel filter, injector copper washer and sealing ring. Check high-pressure fuel pump condition, because residual dirt and metal chips in oil circuit are the main reason for newly fitted injector early damage. Keep installation workspace clean to prevent dust entering high-pressure fuel circuit. After installation, check the aftertreatment system if needed.
