description

0445120531 common rail injector is the core fuel injection control component of Weichai H1 EU5 257KW diesel engine. It precisely controls injection timing, cyclic fuel quantity, injection rate and atomization quality under high common rail pressure. The injector body adopts high-strength alloy steel. Core parts including nozzle, needle valve and control valve are strictly screened and ultra-precisely machined with micron-level clearance control. Every finished injector undergoes full item bench testing covering idle, full load, pre-injection and leakage inspection, guaranteeing outstanding injection consistency and interchangeability. Direct fit replacement without mechanical modification. Suitable for heavy trucks running long-haul highway transportation under continuous high-power output. It effectively resolves typical engine faults such as insufficient power, rough idle, black smoke and high fuel consumption, meeting maintenance and overhaul demands for Weichai H1 powertrain.

advantage

• Professional bench calibration & full inspection. Every injector is calibrated and tested on Bosch common rail bench. Test items cover idle flow, full load flow, pre-injection precision, opening pressure and return oil volume. Small injection deviation between individual injectors, excellent batch consistency, avoiding uneven fuel supply problems.
• Optimized 7-hole atomization structure. The 151° spray angle creates fine and uniform mist. Diesel mixes sufficiently with air inside cylinder. Combustion efficiency is greatly improved. It maintains stable power output under high load and continuous long-distance running, cuts black smoke and reduces harmful exhaust emissions.
• Strong adaptability for high-power heavy truck long haul. Designed for Weichai H1 EU5 257KW engine, fit for interprovincial highway heavy transport, enduring sustained high-power operation and steep climbing load. Stable performance under wide temperature range. Better tolerance to commercial diesel oil, lowering premature failure caused by impurity abrasion.
• Upgraded composite sealing design. Multiple sealing surfaces are optimized to prevent fuel seepage. It helps eliminate common faults like rough idle, slow flameout, carbon accumulation and engine shaking, extending service life of injector assembly.
• Direct replacement with good cost performance. Installation dimensions and interfaces follow original factory specifications. No pipeline modification required. It is an economical aftermarket spare part for engine overhaul and routine maintenance, helping customers cut maintenance expense.

FAQ

Q1: Can this injector fit all Weichai engines?
A1: No. Model 0445120531 injector is dedicated for Weichai H1 EU5 257KW diesel engine, matching OE number 612640090001. Weichai has many different engine series adopting different injector internal structure and spray parameters. Before ordering, please verify engine model and old injector OE code. Wrong part will lead to weak power, heavy black smoke, rough idle and even engine mechanical damage, and it may trigger emission fault codes.

Q2: What testing will be carried out before shipment?
A2: All injectors are 100% fully tested on professional common rail test bench before delivery. The test scope includes idle injection quantity, full-load injection quantity, pre-injection accuracy, injection opening pressure, return oil flow and static sealing leakage test. Products can only be packed after all indicators meet standards to minimize defective rate.

Q3: What is the warranty policy and what damage is excluded?
A3: 12-month warranty under correct installation and normal operation. Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by inferior dirty diesel, water mixed into fuel, fuel filter not replaced on schedule, wrong installation torque, unauthorized disassembly of internal parts, engine mechanical failure or man-made damage.

Q4: Can I order bulk quantity and customized packaging?
A4: Yes, bulk wholesale is available. Each injector is packed separately with anti-rust protection, neutral carton as standard package. Custom logo packaging is supported for large batch orders.
