description

095000-6353 common rail fuel injector is the core fuel injection component of Kobelco excavator Hino J05E / J06E diesel power system. It precisely controls injection timing, fuel delivery, injection rate and atomization quality under high common rail pressure, meeting fuel supply requirements of Hino J05E / J06E engine under frequent heavy load changes. The injector body is forged from high-strength alloy steel with excellent pressure resistance and wear resistance. Core components including nozzle, needle valve and control valve are ultra-precisely machined to micron-level clearance, effectively preventing oil leakage and valve sticking faults. Every finished injector passes full bench tests including idle & full load injection quantity and sealing inspection, ensuring excellent injection accuracy and consistent batch performance. Direct plug-and-play replacement without modifying engine fuel pipeline. It solves common failures such as weak power, unstable idle speed, black smoke and high fuel consumption of Kobelco -8 series excavators, suitable for equipment maintenance and engine overhaul.

advantage

・Heavy-duty precision core parts, anti-leakage and long service life. The injector body adopts integrated forging. Micron machining for nozzle and control valve. Stable performance under continuous high pressure, resistant to oil leakage and valve sticking, fits heavy construction work.
・Strict bench calibration, stable batch quality. Each 095000-6353 injector is calibrated and inspected on professional Denso common rail test bench. Test items cover idle flow, full-load flow and static sealing. Low injection deviation, consistent performance between each unit.
・Fine atomization for heavy-duty engine, high combustion efficiency. Matching precision nozzle delivers uniform fine mist. Improve combustion efficiency, reduce black smoke and particulate emission, lower fuel consumption while restoring rated engine power.
・Customized for Kobelco -8 excavator series. Specially tuned for Hino J05E/J06E engine for excavation cyclic heavy load. Stable output under continuous digging, climbing and impact loads, strong environmental adaptability.
・Plug-and-play replacement, high cost performance. Manufactured strictly according to OEM dimension and interface standards, no pipeline modification required. Cost-effective aftermarket replacement for Kobelco excavator maintenance and overhaul, cutting machine maintenance cost.

FAQ

Q1: Which machines and engines does 095000-6353 injector fit?
A1: It is suitable for Kobelco excavator SK200-8, SK230-8, SK250-8, SK260-8 with Hino J05E / J06E diesel engine. Please double check engine model before ordering to avoid mismatching and machine failure.

Q2: What quality inspection before shipment?
A2: All 095000-6353 injectors pass 100% bench testing before delivery, including idle injection volume, full-load injection volume and sealing leakage inspection. All items must meet specification before packing.

Q3: What about warranty scope & damage excluded?
A3: 12-month warranty under correct installation and proper operation. Warranty void if damaged by poor fuel, water in fuel, overdue fuel filter, wrong installation torque, unauthorized disassembly, engine mechanical fault or man-made damage.

Q4: Does coding / calibration required after installation?
A4: Pre-calibrated from factory, plug and play. If replacing multiple injectors at one time or ECU stores fault codes, use diagnostic scanner to clear fault codes and write injector code for smoother idle and better fuel economy.

Q5: Preparations before installation?
A5: Fully clean fuel pipeline to remove metal debris and dirt; replace new fuel filter and injector sealing rings; inspect high-pressure fuel pump condition. Keep working area clean to prevent impurities entering common rail system and shortening injector service life.
