maintenance & replacement

Lower and support blade firmly, shut down machine and release residual hydraulic pressure before disassembly.
Protect piston rod surface against bump and scratch during removal. Clean hinge hole and inspect hinge wear condition.
Align hinge point during hoisting installation. Forcible hammering is forbidden to avoid cylinder and piston rod deformation.
Operate blade back‑and‑forth several times after installation, confirm no leakage on piston rod and joints and no abnormal blade sinking.
Do not reuse cylinder with deep tube scratch, bent rusted rod and cracked body after partial repair, replace hydraulic cylinder directly.
