The piston of the pump truck is in direct contact with concrete, it is required to be sealed and wear-resistant. When we find that the water in the tank is muddy or there is concrete, we should realize whether the piston is seriously worn, and we need to check the piston. If the piston is worn, it needs to be replaced in time to avoid straining the concrete cylinder.

When the coating (0.2-0.25mm) of the conveying cylinder is not worn, and concrete mud or sand appears on the back of the concrete piston, that is, the back of the water tank, it indicates that the piston is worn. The concrete seal, guide ring, and dust ring should be replaced immediately.

Since the piston can be returned to the water tank of the pumping system through a simple operation on the control panel, the piston should be removed frequently for inspection. In addition, after the piston is returned to the water tank, the concrete seal and guide ring on the piston should be cleaned and lubricated with lithium-based grease, which can effectively extend the service life of the piston.

Post-maintenance of the concrete piston of the concrete pump accessories

After replacing the new concrete piston, post-maintenance must be carried out

1. Frequently withdraw the piston of the concrete pump fittings, clean and apply lubricating oil;

2. It is found that there is mortar in the washing room, and the concrete piston of the concrete pump accessories should be replaced immediately;

3. Replace the cooling water frequently, clean the washing room and keep it clean;
