maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and wait for engine fully cooled before disassembly to avoid scald by hot coolant.
Release residual pressure of cooling system in advance and prepare container to collect flowing‑out coolant.
Clean scale and rust on joints. Install pipe without twisting or squeezing, ensure smooth routing without interference.
It is recommended to replace with new hose clamps together, tighten with moderate force, avoid cracking pipe end by over‑torque.
Do not bond and reuse pipe with bulge, crack and hardening deformation, replace engine water inlet pipe directly.
