• **Micron-level Precision Atomization Technology**
Adopts imported 6-hole precision nozzle, uniform and fine fuel atomization. It solves the problems of insufficient combustion, black smoke and carbon deposition of diesel engines, effectively improves combustion efficiency, increases power by 5%-8%, and reduces comprehensive fuel consumption.
• **Wear-resistant and Durable Core Structure**
The injector body is integrally forged with high-strength alloy, and the needle valve and control valve are processed with ultra-precision micron technology. It has strong pressure resistance and anti-clogging performance, effectively avoids common faults such as oil leakage, valve sticking and poor fuel injection, and greatly extends the service life.
• **Strict Factory Bench Testing**
Each injector undergoes idle speed, rated load, overload fuel injection volume and sealing leakage full-item testing. The fuel injection error is controlled within 1%, with stable batch consistency and strong interchangeability.
• **Plug-and-Play High Cost Performance**
Fully compliant with OEM original size and installation standards, no pipeline modification, no debugging required for direct replacement. Effectively solves common faults such as weak power, unstable idle speed, high fuel consumption and exhaust blue smoke, reducing equipment maintenance costs.

FAQ

Q1: What equipment and engines is the 23670-0L050 injector suitable for?
A1: It is specially adapted to Toyota Hilux Vigo and Hiace, matching 2KD-FTV 2.5L diesel engine. It is fully interchangeable with 095000-8290,23670-0L020 and other models. Please confirm the engine model before installation to avoid mismatch.

Q2: What failures can this injector solve?
A2: It can effectively repair common faults of diesel engines, such as weak acceleration, unstable idle speed, difficult cold start, black smoke/blue smoke from exhaust, excessive fuel consumption and engine power drop.

Q3: Is coding and calibration required after installation?
A3: Factory pre-calibrated, plug and play without complicated coding. If multiple injectors are replaced at the same time or the ECU has historical fault codes, it is recommended to clear codes appropriately for better idle stability and fuel economy.

Q4: What is the product warranty and scope of exemption?
A4: 12-month professional warranty under standard installation and normal use. Damage caused by inferior fuel, water in oil, blocked fuel filter, wrong installation torque and artificial disassembly is not covered by the warranty.
