maintenance & replacement

Shut down and cool machine before disassembly, release internal tank pressure and take oil‑discharge protection measures.
Take out old magnet and clean accumulated iron debris at tank bottom to avoid residual contaminants.
Install new magnet firmly to prevent falling‑off into oil circuit caused by working vibration.
Check adsorption condition regularly and clean accumulated iron scraps timely.
Do not use broken magnet, magnet with obvious magnetic attenuation or damaged base, replace Magnet directly.
