Q1: Can this connecting pipe II work for a long time above its rated working pressure?
A1: No. Long-term overpressure will cause pipe swelling, deformation, weld cracking and serious oil leakage, which will bring hidden dangers to the whole hydraulic system.

Q2: What are the common causes of oil leakage of the connecting pipe?
A2: It may be loose flange bolts, aging and failure of sealing gaskets, welding seam cracking by impact, pipe body collision deformation, or misalignment of installation surface.

Q3: What should be noticed before installation?
A3: Clean the pipe and interface to remove iron scraps and dirt; check the pipe body for cracks and dents; tighten the bolts evenly in cross order to avoid uneven compression of the sealing gasket.

Q4: Can a dented connecting pipe be welded and reused?
