Q1：What signs indicate the air pipe needs replacement?
A1：Pipe body cracks, coating peeling and serious corrosion, air leakage at the joint. Air leakage will lead to insufficient power, black smoke and accelerated turbocharger wear.

Q2：What should be noted during air pipe installation?
A2：Clean pipeline inner dust before assembly. Check rubber hose and clamp aging condition. Align the pipe, do not force assembly. Tighten clamps evenly, test air tightness after installation.

Q3：What are the common causes of air pipe damage?
A3：Long-term vibration fatigue; high-temperature aging of coating; stone impact scratch; rubber joint aging and cracking.

Q4：Can small crack on pipe be welded and reused?
A4：Not recommended. Welding will change material structure, cracks are easy to expand under vibration and high temperature, leading to air leakage again. It may cause dust to enter the cylinder and wear engine, better replace new air pipe.
