Q1: Can this suction steel pipe be used for high-pressure oil circuit?
A1: No. It is designed for low-pressure suction circuit. Long-term high-pressure operation will cause pipe swelling, deformation and oil leakage.

Q2: What are the common causes of oil leakage or air suction of the suction pipe?
A2: It may be loose connecting bolts, aging and failure of sealing gaskets, collision deformation of pipe body, or misalignment of installation surface.

Q3: What should be noticed before installation?
A3: Clean the pipeline and interfaces to remove iron scraps and dirt; check the pipe body for cracks and dents; tighten the bolts evenly in cross order.

Q4: Can a dented suction pipe be welded and reused?
A4: It is not recommended. The internal metal structure has been damaged after impact. Welding repair cannot restore its original strength, and air leakage is easy to occur under negative pressure. It is better to replace it directly.

Q5: What are the requirements for the matched hydraulic oil?
A5: It is recommended to use L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. Dirty, deteriorated or water-emulsified oil contains hard particles, which will scratch the inner wall of the pipe and accelerate pump wear.

Q6: What will happen if the suction pipe is blocked by impurities?
A6: Blockage will lead to insufficient oil intake of the pump, cavitation, abnormal noise, jitter of steering system and accelerated damage of steering pump.
