Bucket and boom coupling bearing is the load‑bearing bearing installed at hinge between excavator boom and bucket. It bears impact load during excavation and reduces metal friction at hinge joint to guarantee flexible bucket rotation. Bearing wear, pitting corrosion and excessive clearance will cause bucket shaking and operating abnormal noise, accelerate pin shaft wear and decrease excavation motion accuracy.
