Elongated deformed link, excessive worn pin‑bushing and cracked track shoe will cause track jumping, deviation and rattling noise. Track derailment may occur in severe cases and lead to machine shutdown.

maintenance & replacement

Park machine on flat hard ground, secure with blocking wood and lock machine before disassembly.
Release track tension cylinder pressure before operation. Avoid track squeezing hazard and take safety protection measures.
Replace complete track assembly. Mixing new and old links is not recommended. Adjust track tension according to service manual after installation.
Test travelling and steering function, confirm no jumping tooth, deviation and abnormal impact noise.
Do not reuse assembly with permanent link elongation, over‑worn bushing and multiple cracked shoes after partial repair, replace track assembly directly.
