maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and release residual pipeline pressure before disassembly to avoid injury caused by high‑pressure medium ejection.
Clear sludge and iron scraps on thread to prevent valve jamming caused by impurities entering pipeline.
Tighten with standard torque. Violent over‑torque operation is forbidden to avoid thread stripping and body crack.
Start machine after installation and check oil leakage and water seepage at joint position.
Do not reuse after repair when body cracks, thread damages or end face is heavily bumped, replace muzzle directly.
