Q1: Can this hydraulic pilot multi-way valve replace mechanically controlled multi-way valves directly?
A1: No. The control principle, oil circuit layout and pilot oil supply requirements are different. Direct replacement will lead to abnormal action and out-of-control risk of the working mechanism.

Q2: What are the common reasons for the slow lifting speed of the boom?
A2: It may be caused by insufficient hydraulic oil, blocked filter element, internal wear of the valve spool, low setting pressure of the main relief valve or air mixed inside the hydraulic circuit, which needs step-by-step inspection.

Q3: What should be noticed before installation?
A3: Clean all oil ports to prevent sand and impurities entering the valve body; check whether the sealing rings of each oil port are intact; tighten the connecting bolts evenly to avoid oil leakage caused by uneven stress.

Q4: Can the worn spool be disassembled and polished for reuse?
