Q2: What are the common causes of insufficient pump output and weak boom action?
A2: Oil contamination, internal wear of gear and wear plate, insufficient oil suction, air entering the pump, filter blockage and low engine speed will lead to insufficient flow.

Q3: What should I pay attention to when installing the new gear pump?
A3: Clean the oil circuit thoroughly before installation; fill hydraulic oil into the pump cavity in advance; align the spline smoothly, do not hammer forcibly, and exhaust air repeatedly after commissioning.

Q4: Why does the gear pump make loud noise after replacement?
