This pre-cleaner uses multi-tube cyclone separation structure. When dusty air flows into the pre-cleaner, the airflow forms high-speed rotation, large dust particles are thrown to the inner wall by centrifugal force and fall into the dust collection cover, and clean primary filtered air flows to the main air filter. The shell adopts high-strength modified engineering plastic, with excellent ageing resistance, impact resistance and UV resistance, adapting to outdoor long-term exposure in high temperature, low temperature and strong dust environment. The built-in dust exhaust valve can automatically discharge accumulated dust when the engine is running, reducing manual cleaning frequency. The connecting interface, mounting bracket and inlet/outlet pipe diameter fully comply with OEM specifications. It can be directly mounted on ZL50G and ZL50GL loaders without cutting, welding or modifying air pipeline. Every finished pre-cleaner passes air flow test and separation efficiency inspection before delivery.
