Q1: Can this left boom cylinder be used separately without matching the right cylinder?
A1: It can be replaced separately if only the left cylinder is damaged. It is recommended to select the right cylinder with the same specification to guarantee synchronous movement of the boom.

Q2: What are the common causes of oil leakage of boom cylinder?
A2: Seal aging, piston rod scratch, thread damage of oil port, loose joint, impurity entering the cylinder and scratching sealing surface.

Q3: What should I pay attention to during installation?
A3: Clean oil passages and hinge pins first, avoid sand entering the cylinder. Align the pin holes smoothly, do not hammer forcibly, tighten the oil pipe joints, and exhaust air repeatedly after installation.

Q4: Why does the boom tilt after replacing the new left boom cylinder?
A4: Mainly caused by inconsistent stroke or thrust of left and right cylinders, or air trapped inside the cylinder, or pin shaft jamming. Exhaust air first and check the matching right cylinder.

Q5: Can I just replace the sealing kit when the cylinder leaks oil?
