description

This 803107807 threaded plug is specially manufactured for XCMG ZL50G and ZL50GL wheel loaders. It is machined from high-quality carbon steel. The thread is formed by precision thread rolling with regular thread profile and reasonable fit clearance to prevent thread slipping.
The end face is flat for tight fit with sealing washers. All finished plugs pass thread gauge inspection and visual inspection to reject parts with burrs, cracks or damaged threads. Thread size, plug length and hex size follow original specifications, matching the oil ports on hydraulic valves, cylinders and hydraulic pumps directly without rework.Anti-rust surface treatment protects it from mud and moisture corrosion for harsh site conditions. Hex head design enables convenient disassembly with standard wrenches. It is widely used for blocking unused ports, process holes and drain ports, and can be removed for oil draining during maintenance.

FAQ

Q1: Can this threaded plug fit ZL50GN loader directly?
A1: Part No.803107807 is specially designed for ZL50G and ZL50GL. The hydraulic valve layout and thread specification of oil ports on ZL50GN are different, so it cannot be used directly. To replace plugs on ZL50GN, you must cross-check the OEM part number, thread pitch and overall length of the old plug. It can only be installed when all parameters match, otherwise it will lead to poor sealing, thread stripping and oil leakage.

Q2: Can a plug with damaged threads continue to be used?
A2: It is not recommended. Damaged threads cannot fully mesh with internal threads of the port. The tightening torque cannot meet requirements, and the plug will loosen and leak oil under equipment vibration. In severe cases, it will scratch the internal threads of the valve block and cause permanent damage to the valve body, which brings high repair cost. Replace it immediately once the thread is damaged.

Q3: Are sealing washers included?
A3: Standard package only contains the threaded plug itself. Sealing washers are optional parts and need separate orders. The washer is critical for sealing. It is recommended to replace the washer together with the plug every time. Old washers are deformed and aged even if they look intact, which may cause hidden oil seepage.

Q4: How to deal with oil leakage after installation?
A4: Troubleshoot step by step: First, confirm whether the plug is tightened to the specified torque. Second, remove the plug and inspect the washer for flattening, aging, misalignment or trapped dirt between sealing faces. Third, check whether internal threads of the oil port are rusted or damaged. Replace the plug if its threads or end face are deformed.
