maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and release residual hydraulic pressure to avoid injury caused by high‑pressure oil ejection.
Clean oil dirt and metal debris on thread during disassembly, inspect mating surface for bump damage.
Use brand‑new sealing washer, reuse of old sealing ring is forbidden. Tighten according to standard torque, violent screwing which causes thread slipping is forbidden.
Run machine under no‑load condition after installation, confirm no oil leakage at joint position.
Do not reuse joint with body crack, slipped thread and heavily worn sealing groove after PTFE‑tape wrapping repair, replace joint directly.
