maintenance & replacement

Cut off power supply before disassembly, take fire‑proof measures and release residual fuel pressure to prevent fuel spillage.
Clean fuel ports during disassembly to avoid dust entering pump body and secondary damage.
Tighten fuel pipe joints properly, avoid thread stripping by over‑tightening or oil leakage caused by loose connection.
Bleed air from fuel circuit after assembly, start engine and check fuel leakage at pump and joints.
Do not disassemble and reuse fuel pump with cracked housing, broken diaphragm or abnormal fuel pressure, replace fuel pump directly.
