maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and cool engine, release residual fuel‑line pressure. Keep away from open fire and take fire‑protection measures.
Prevent dirt from entering fuel hose during disassembly. Clean port dirt and inspect hose for aging crack.
Follow flow direction mark on valve body during installation, reverse assembly is forbidden. Avoid over‑tightening to prevent thread slipping.
Confirm no joint leakage after installation, bleed air from fuel circuit manually. Test multiple start‑ups to verify normal starting performance.
Do not reuse valve with jammed spool, worn seal surface and broken body after simple cleaning, replace fuel check valve directly.
