maintenance & replacement

Park machine on flat ground with anti‑slip block. Release residual brake‑system pressure before disassembly.
Inspect brake disc for wear, groove and burn after disassembly. Clean dust and impurities inside brake assembly.
Replace brake pads in complete set. Mixing old and new pads is forbidden. Adjust brake clearance according to service‑manual standard.
Perform multiple brake running‑in tests after installation, confirm normal brake response and no metallic friction abnormal noise.
Do not reuse pads with thin friction layer, deformed cracked back plate and large‑area burnt friction surface, replace BRAKE PADS directly.
