maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine, release residual hydraulic pressure and disconnect battery negative pole to avoid electric short‑circuit.
Remove cab cover, photograph harness connectors. Do not pull cable forcibly to prevent inner wire breakage.
Align positioning holes during installation, tighten bolts to specified torque. Arrange harness away from sharp metal edges.
Insert and lock connectors completely. Test boom, stick and swing movements after installation, confirm no drifting or jamming.
Do not reuse handle with jammed spool, broken inner spring and mud‑intruded broken shell after simple disassembly repair, replace right handle directly.
