Elimination method: find a piece of 100mm long. 40mm wide. A wooden block with a thickness of 15-20mm opens the door to a certain angle. Insert the wooden block into the deformed loose-leaf hinge and close the door with appropriate force to correct the deformed hinge (see Figure 2). After correction, remove the woodblock for inspection. Repeat several times to eliminate the fault. Note: Do not use too much force at one time to avoid over-correction. 2. Hinge shaft or hole is severely worn. Trouble phenomenon: the lower corner of the door without hinges sags, the door and the door frame rub against each other: the door lock is misaligned up and down: the door switch is laborious or closed: the gap on the hinge side of the door is wide and narrow. The cause of the fault: The vehicle has been used for a long time or the lubrication is not enough, causing serious wear of the hinge shaft or hole of the door hinge. The gap between the hinge shaft and the hole is too large, causing the door and the door frame to shift relative to each other. Remedy: When the door hinge shaft or hole is worn and the door sags, the lower hinge of the door should be adjusted first. The adjustment method is basically the same as the fault caused by the improper opening of the door. If the fault cannot be eliminated, the upper hinge of the door needs to be adjusted. Loosen the screws that fix the loose-leaf hinge on the driving door to the side of the cab (the screw hole of the loose-leaf hinge on the side of the cab is generally a long hole if it is a round hole, a long hole can be processed, and the processing direction is the side of the hinge shaft) . Adjust the size of the door gap, the fault can generally be eliminated after adjustment. This method is suitable for the repair of various vehicle door hinges.
