When there is no control, all the oil in the quantitative system returns to the oil tank through the middle position of the multi-way valve, resulting in throttling loss and power loss, increasing engine oil consumption and hydraulic oil heat dissipation. The steering system uses a gear pump + steering gear hydraulic system. When the steering gear pump fails, the entire vehicle loses its steering ability, and there is a certain safety hazard. In view of the problems of the quantitative hydraulic system of gear pump + open center multi-way valve, the second type of grader adopts variable plunger pump + closed center load-sensitive multi-way valve variable hydraulic system, which solves the problem of low load during compound action. When the hydraulic cylinder moves first, and when the flow is insufficient, the hydraulic fluid preferentially flows to the cylinder with a small load.
