description

The HPV145 closed-loop piston main pump is a special heavy-duty large-displacement pump customized for Hitachi mid-large excavators, with stable large-flow output and excellent pressure sustainability, perfectly matching the frequent lifting, digging and walking composite working conditions of 30–36 ton excavators. Long-term frequent load switching, impact vibration and high-temperature oil scouring during construction easily cause wear and fatigue failure of pump core friction pairs, leading to reduced pump volumetric efficiency and degraded overall hydraulic performance. HPV145 hydraulic pump spare parts are optimized and upgraded for the actual working conditions of Hitachi excavators, with core friction pair components adopting high-strength alloy steel matrix + high-density wear-resistant copper alloy cladding composite technology. The cylinder block undergoes overall quenching, tempering and secondary stress relief treatment to eliminate internal residual stress, matched with ultra-precision mirror lapping to form stable micron-level clearance fit with the valve plate, effectively restraining internal leakage growth under long-term high-pressure operation.

advantages

  • Construction-Grade Wear Resistance, Stable Long-Term Operation: Core friction pairs adopt alloy thickening and secondary stress relief process, effectively resisting frequent impact and vibration wear during excavator construction, reducing internal leakage increment and maintaining stable hydraulic power output for a long time.
  • Cost-Effective Maintenance, Reduce Excavator Downtime Loss: Support flexible single-piece replacement for local wear faults and full kit replacement for overall aging performance decline. Avoid the high cost of integral main pump replacement and greatly reduce equipment maintenance and shutdown losses.
  • Full Accessory Coverage, One-Stop Excavator Pump Overhaul: Complete coverage of all core rotating group wearing parts and high-pressure sealing vulnerable parts, fully adapting to daily maintenance and full overhaul of Hitachi HPV145 excavator main pumps, realizing one-stop supporting maintenance.
  • Strict Factory Inspection, Consistent Batch Quality: Each batch of spare parts undergoes dimensional verification, flatness testing, hardness sampling and high-pressure simulation tests to ensure stable batch quality and consistent post-repair equipment performance.
  • High Temperature & Pressure Resistance, Adapt to Frequent Construction: Customized material formula adapts to frequent start-stop and high-temperature continuous operation of excavators, effectively delaying seal aging and component fatigue, and extending pump service life.

FAQ

  • Q1: What main faults can HPV145 pump spare parts solve?
  • A: It effectively solves common faults of Hitachi excavator main pumps including excessive internal leakage, insufficient digging pressure, weak load capacity, slow hydraulic response, actuator crawling, abnormal operating noise and oil seepage & leakage caused by long-term construction wear.
  • Q2: Which excavator models does HPV145 spare parts fit?
  • A: Mainly applicable to Hitachi ZX300, ZX330, ZX330-3, ZX350, ZX360 series excavators, perfectly matching HPV145G, HPV145H, HPV145HW original main pump assemblies.
  • Q3: How to choose single parts or full overhaul kit?
  • A: For equipment with short service life and only individual part wear, choose single-piece replacement; for equipment with long-term high-frequency construction, obvious power attenuation and overall component aging, replace the full rotating group kit to restore complete hydraulic performance.
  • Q4: What are the key points for HPV145 pump overhaul?
  • A: Clean internal oil passages thoroughly, replace all aging high-pressure seals, strictly control friction pair assembly clearance, and conduct full-pressure load test run and debugging after assembly to ensure stable pressure and sensitive action.
