The cable reel is a cable winding device that provides power, control power or control signals for large-scale mobile equipment. It is widely used in heavy machinery and equipment under similar working conditions such as port gantry cranes, container cranes, ship loader and tower cranes.

Conditions of Use

The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
Environmental temperature: -20℃-+45℃.
It is allowed to work in places exposed to rain, splashing water and no corrosive gas and dust.
The highest vibration condition of the installation part is: at 5-13HZ, the displacement is 1.5mm; at 13-150HZ, the vibration acceleration is 10m/s2.
The protection class of the collector box is IP54.

Installation type
Standard horizontal reciprocating: installed horizontally on mobile equipment, the height difference between the lowest point of the cable and the reel is about 1m and needs to be supported off the ground.

Lifting mechanism: Vertical installation with the reel on the top and the cable hanging down naturally.
