1. The lifting process of the cab
1) The reversing handle of the hand pump is rotated to the lifting working state of the cab;
2) Raise the rocker arm operating rod, the hydraulic oil flows from the hand pump oil tank to the pump body along with the up and down movement of the plunger;
3) Press down on the rocker arm operating rod, and the hydraulic oil flows into the two chambers of the cylinder through the hydraulic hose under the action of the plunger of the manual pump. Because the area of ​​the piston under the cylinder is larger, the piston rod protrudes a little. After the moving area, the oil cylinder can stay at any position under the check function of the hydraulic control check valve. The red line in the figure indicates the direction of hydraulic oil inlet;
4) Repeat the actions of 2) and 3), the piston rod of the oil cylinder is continuously extended, and the cab is lifted.
2. Working process of lowering the cab
1) The manual pump reversing handle rotates the cab to fall back to the working state;
2) Raise the rocker arm operating rod, the hydraulic oil flows from the hand pump oil tank to the pump body along with the up and down movement of the plunger;
3) Press down the rocker arm operating rod, the hydraulic oil flows into the upper cavity of the cylinder through the hydraulic oil pipe under the action of the plunger of the manual pump, and at the same time, under the action of the pressure of the inlet pipe, the hydraulic control check valve opens, and the hydraulic oil in the lower cavity of the cylinder The hydraulic oil flows back to the tank and the piston rod is retracted. Under the state of not depressing the rocker arm operating rod of the hand pump, the oil cylinder can stay at any position under the check action of the hydraulic control check valve. 3. Working principle of electric system
In the cab electro-hydraulic flip system, the electric pump is controlled by a small current (less than 3A on average) button switch to control the on and off of the relay, and then the high current (10-30A) of the main contact of the relay controls the motor to turn and stop, and the circuit is connected by a connector . The electric pump converts the mechanical energy of the motor into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil, instead of the manual pump plunger moving up and down to suck oil, greatly improving the efficiency of the cab turning.
