Third, the gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring will also affect the service life

When there is a large gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring or the rubber spring is aging, the mortar and small aggregates will easily enter between the glasses plate and the cutting ring under the action of back pressure. Since the cutting ring is cut twice in each working cycle, the nose beam of the glasses is the easiest place to enter the small aggregates, which will easily cause the nose beam of the glasses to wear and be scrapped.
