maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and wait for full engine cooling before disassembly to avoid scald caused by hot coolant ejection.
Clean scale, sediment and impurities on joint position during removal to keep mating surface clean.
Do not pull or twist pipe forcibly during installation, reserve small deformation margin and avoid friction with sharp frame parts.
Fasten hose clamp with moderate force, excessive compression which deforms pipe wall is forbidden. Fill coolant after installation and verify no leakage.
Do not reuse pipe with hardening, cracking and multi‑point water seepage after adhesive wrapping repair, replace water drain pipe directly.
