maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and cool unit fully, release residual system pressure and drain hydraulic oil inside tank before disassembly.
Take protection measures during hoisting to avoid tank bump damage. Clean impurities on flange surface and inspect aging damage of surrounding hoses.
Install in alignment, tighten bolts diagonally step‑by‑step. One‑side forced tightening which causes tank stress deformation is forbidden.
Fill with qualified hydraulic oil after installation, confirm no leakage on welding seam and joints. Run machine under no‑load condition to verify normal hydraulic performance.
Do not reuse tank with deformed body, multi‑position seam crack and heavy inner rust after welding repair, replace oil box assembly directly.
