maintenance & replacement
- Two‑person cooperation is recommended during disassembly. Heavy door assembly shall be handled carefully to avoid scratch on cab sheet metal and glass.
- Disconnect door wiring connectors before removal and mark wires to prevent wrong connection.
- Tighten hinge bolts with standard torque to avoid bolt loosening and door sagging caused by long‑time road‑roller vibration.
- Test door opening‑closing and locking function after installation, confirm uniform door gap without shake and abnormal noise.
- Do not reuse assembly with severely twisted panel and torn hinge support after straightening and welding repair, replace door assembly directly.
