• **Precise fuel injection control, perfectly adapted to heavy-duty engineering working conditions**
Delivers highly accurate injection quantity and timing under rapidly fluctuating loads. Sustains steady and reliable power output even under continuous heavy workloads on tough construction sites.
• **High-efficiency atomization for optimized combustion and reduced fuel consumption**
Fine and uniform fuel spray greatly improves combustion efficiency. It effectively cuts black smoke emission and carbon deposition inside cylinders, saving fuel cost for equipment owners.
• **Premium wear-resistant core components, anti-impurity and less prone to valve sticking**
Core parts adopt high-strength alloy material processed by ultra-precision machining. It has strong resistance against abrasive particles mixed in diesel fuel, greatly extending the overall service life.
• **Full bench testing for every unit, excellent performance consistency**
Each injector is fully tested for injection rate, sealing and leakage before delivery. Strict tolerance control ensures stable and consistent performance batch by batch.
• **Direct replacement design, saving maintenance time**
Matches original mounting dimensions and interfaces completely. Plug and play without pipe modification, helping reduce equipment downtime and overall repair expense.

FAQ

Q1: What equipment and engines is the 326-4740 injector suitable for?
A1: It fits Caterpillar C4.2 engine, widely used on CAT 315D/318D/319D excavators. It is fully interchangeable with 10R-7676,32E61-00022 and other related injector models. Please confirm the engine model before installation to avoid mismatch.

Q2: What failures can this injector solve?
A2: It can effectively repair common diesel engine faults: weak acceleration, unstable idle speed, difficult cold start, black/blue exhaust smoke, high fuel consumption and engine power drop.

Q3: Is coding and calibration required after installation?
A3: Factory pre-calibrated, plug and play without complicated coding. If replacing multiple injectors at the same time or ECU stores historical fault codes, clearing fault codes is recommended for better idle stability and fuel economy.

Q4: What pre-installation preparations are required?
A4: Thoroughly clean fuel pipelines to remove impurities and sludge; install brand-new fuel filter and injector sealing gaskets; inspect high-pressure fuel pump working condition, to avoid secondary damage caused by pipeline contaminants.
